Guideline for Abstract Submission
- Submission Deadline:
Abstracts must be submitted by 30th January 2025
- Abstract Structure:
The abstract must include the following sections:- Title: Brief and descriptive.
- Background: Summarize the context and rationale for the study.
- Objectives: Clearly state the objectives of the study.
- Methods: Describe the methodology used.
- Results: Present key findings.
- Conclusion: Summarize the implications of the study.
- Formatting Requirements:
- Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Word limit: 300 words (excluding title and author details).
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, single-spaced.
- Author Details:
- Full name(s) of author(s) with the presenting author name bold and underlined.
- Affiliation, including department, institution, city, and state.
- Contact details of the presenting author (email and mobile number).
- Themes:
- Indicate the theme of your abstract submission as listed in brochure
- Submission Process:
- Submit your abstract in the template uploaded in the website only
- Selection Criteria:
- Abstracts will be evaluated based on originality, clarity, relevance, and scientific rigor.
- Certificate will be issued to registered presenting author only
- Reviewers decision will be final regarding oral or poster presentation
- Registered delegate can submit maximum of two papers/ posters in this conference
